Founding of SYSTART GmbH in autumn 2010 as a one-man company by Michael Bittner.
Elaboration of the development processes and creation of the CAD library.
Setup of prototype production with manual stencil printing system and small steam phase.
Programming Online calculator for PCB assembly of prototypes.

First development contracts in the areas of consumer electronics and smart metering.
Generation of first orders for PCB assembly in the field of prototype assembly.
Acquisition of the first pick-and-place machine.

Acquisition of further development contracts in the field of industrial control systems for punching machines and laser systems. Hiring of the first employees in the field of development. Strong increase in prototype assembly due to growing awareness of the online calculator.

Development contracts in the field of GPS positioning, mobile communications and various sensor technology.
First employee in the production area for PCB assembly and mechanical production.

January 2017 Decision to take over the EMS service provider EBS Electronic GmbH due to the following motivation:

• Takeover of spacious office space and production space
• Acquisition of ERP system for efficient series production of electronic assemblies
• Employment of very well-trained employees in electronics production

06 June 2017 SYSTART GmbH moves into premises of EBS Electronic GmbH.

Merger of SYSTART GmbH and EBS Elektronik GmbH to form EBS-SYSTART GmbH.Acquisition
of new server harders with 3-way backup strategy.
Acquisition of new 3D AOI for optimal process control of SMD assembly.
Purchase of a new ICT (In Circuit Tester) to achieve maximum test coverage.

Spatial reorganization of production and warehouse.
Air conditioning of all production rooms and the warehouse.

Implementation of the second SMD line - identical to the existing line for optimal redundancy and reliability.
Replacing old air generators with high-efficiency compressors.
