The protection of your data has the highest priority at SYSTART GmbH, therefore our site can be used without providing any personal data (eg name, date of birth, place of birth, address, etc.). When using contact or order forms, you are explicitly informed that your personal data will be collected in order to complete the process. The collected data will be used exclusively to process the process. Your data will continue to be stored and processed by SYSTART GmbH only in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law. A transfer of your data to third parties by the SYSTART GmbH is not provided, unless the transfer is to complete an order process of e.g. needed a parcel delivery. However, the data transmitted is limited to the minimum required. Nevertheless, we point out that even an encrypted data transmission can have security gaps and therefore no complete protection of your data is guaranteed.

Google Analytics and Cookies
SYSTART GmbH does not use the Google Analytics tool to protect your data. As a result, SYSTART GmbH does not explicitly collect and store data about access location and access times or IP addresses. For an optimized display of the website on portable devices (such as smartphones), the information transmitted by your browser is evaluated but not stored by SYSTART GmbH or further analyzed. To further optimize the presentation of the website, we offer your browser cookies, which are stored in the form of small text files of this. Your application documents will be treated as strictly confidential by SYSTART GmbH and stored and saved electronically. Your application documents will only be used to process the application process. The deletion takes place after rejection of your application or at the latest after 3 months. A cancellation of application documents does not take place if there are legal obligations to retain the data (for example, proof of general equality) or if you have expressly agreed to a longer storage in our applicant database.
