Standardised and continuous quality tests are carried out for each production step described. Furthermore, we offer functional tests or end-of-line tests at the end of each production milestone in our test field:

• Functional tests at the PCB level
• Functional tests after installation in the housing
• Functional tests in the overall system

If available, we check and record according to your procedural instructions. Alternatively, we develop a test procedure for you according to the aspects of the market-required test depth and economic efficiency.

The starting point for the test parameters is your specific requirements specification. We take an interdisciplinary approach to implementation and combine our cross-departmental expertise from development, production, test field and test equipment construction to develop an individual test procedure for your product.
