Prototype Assembly Calculator

Here you can quickly and easily calculate your prototype assembly and small production runs. Please note the following about prototype assembly:

• Delivery time: We assemble your PCB within 6 working days, once EBS-SYSTART GmbH has all the components. Please call Mr. Liedl if you need express assembly.
• Material prices: Prices of materials for the stencil, printed circuit boards and components are not included in the contract price. These will be charged with 15% surcharge.
• Bill of materials: We need a value-sorted BOM with clear assembly references. If EBS-SYSTART GmbH is procuring your components, your BOM must include unique part numbers. If at all possible, please use this template; further explanation can be found in our Notes on BOMs.
• 0201: Chip components 0201 are assembled only by machine and therefore cannot be calculated online. Please call us.
• Series: We will be glad to assemble your pre-production, small series and full series. Please get in touch with us.
